Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Prepare patients for examinations by collecting medical history and relevant information
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Assist with patient education by providing information on medications, procedures, and general healthcare practices
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality

Skills:
- Proficiency in performing and operating equipment
- Strong patient care skills, including the ability to provide comfort and support to patients during procedures
- Solid knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience working in a clinic and aesthetics setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
- Ability to provide medical administrative support, including managing appointments and handling patient inquiries

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent certification
- Current CPR certification is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
